CHURCH GIRLS
Philly four-piece Church Girls write propulsive melodies and achingly vulnerable lyrics wrapped in the throbbing anxiety of post-punk and joyous aggression of pop-punk. Formed in 2014 by Mariel Beaumont, the group has toured extensively across the US, UK, Canada, & Europe and been featured at Audiotree, Paste Magazine, Bandcamp New & Notable and more.
Following their latest full length, Still Blooms, Church Girls is back with a blistering new single "I Hate This House". Produced by John Pfiffner, mixed by Dave Schiffman (PUP, Prince Daddy & The Hyena), and mastered by Adam Cichocki; "I Hate This House" is the exact musical evolution that Church Girls searched deep within themselves to cultivate -- upbeat catchy riffs and a variety of tempo changes encompassed by beautifully sorrow and angsty lyrics.
Church Girls will be playing "I Hate This House" live as they tour down to Florida for their debut FEST appearance on October 29th.
